  • Yikes!! Who are all these people?

    Workshop
People are different!  There are many different personalities and just as many people with different motives in this world.  In your personal life it is easier to ignore those people you don’t want to be around.  But in business those personalities that you can’t avoid you should choose to like; “the grumpys," “the whiners,” “the nosey,” “the argumentative," they are a part of your world.   Unless you own the company, you have to learn to get along.  In this session hear how you can not only “get along” but enjoy and appreciate the difference in all of us.  Great leadership is knowing how to get everyone to perform and work with their strengths, identifying the right types of personalities for specific jobs.
